About Addi's Art Gallery: who i am

I’m Addison Gerlach, an artist inspired by the art I encounter in media, my emotions and experiences, Japanese culture and language, and my identity in Christ. My style spans from realism-inspired works to comic art, often focusing on dynamic compositions that capture 

movement and balance. I work in both digital and traditional mediums, including paper and pencil, to bring these ideas to life.

My experiences and mood often shape the art I create. As I wrestle with emotions, my work becomes a way to express those feelings and invite viewers to share in them—almost as if I’m reaching out, hoping not to feel alone. My journey as an artist is deeply tied to my faith, and I 

credit my growth and creativity to my walk with Christ, always striving to reflect that gratitude in my work.
